Shipping Policy:

We will process and ship most orders within 3 days, Monday through Friday. Since many of our items are truly unique and one of a kind, there may be a delay in shipping in order to check for stock availability. There is absolutely NO CHARGE to you until the order has been fully processed and shipped. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email and let you know of an approximate restock date. All of our packages are fully insured, traceable, and sent via 2nd Day FedEx. Due to the high value nature of the package, we will not ship to any PO Box or APO/AE addresses.

We offer next day and second day delivery through FedEx.

All orders of $500 or more are shipped via 2nd day air for FREE, any order below $500 will be shipped fully insured for a flat rate of $20.

Returns:

If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund. You must contact Customer Service first at support@californiacollectionjewelry.com to receive authorization. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the purchase is returned within 7 days of the customer receiving the package. All items after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the package must be sent insured, as we will not be responsible for any lost packages.

California Residents

Currently all California residents must provide a jewelry wholesale license in order to purchase from us. We will not ship to any California address unless that address is accompanied by the wholesale license.
